Ghosting.tech provides a platform where the tech community can share honest feedback about their recruitment experiences. This helps other professionals make informed decisions and avoid companies with poor hiring practices.
All of this is completely free and will remain free for as long as possible. We believe in providing value to the community without barriers.
Our goal is to expose unfair recruitment processes and create transparency and accountability in the tech hiring ecosystem.
The Project
Ghosting.tech is an open-source project born from the need to solve the ghosting problem. It's also a technical experiment: creating software that started as a completely AI-guided proof of concept (POC) and may evolve into a community-adopted product.
This is a side-project created as part of studying and testing AI tools to assist in development. We explore how AI can be a powerful tool for work, rather than just a way to outsource thinking.
We aim to bring together people who share the same pain and knowledge to work on something that makes sense for more people, exposing potentially unfair processes where people receive ghosting.
